Deliveries & Returns

1. Delivery Zones
We deliver to mainland France and to available European countries via our carriers.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing and shipping times
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery times then vary depending on the carrier and the destination (generally 7 to 15 working days).
Please note that these delivery times are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand.

3. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery address.

Delivery is free for orders over €45.

4. Order tracking
An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
You will be able to track your parcel directly via the carrier's website.

5. Delivery Delays and Problems
We are not responsible for delays due to the carrier, weather conditions, or customs controls.
If your order appears to be lost or blocked, contact us at contact@astraliarituals.com so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.

6. Order not delivered
If your order is not delivered within 30 working days of dispatch, you can request a full refund or a reshipment.
